Job Vacancy: Digital Literacy Instructor
We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced person to lead our digital literacy training team and help us effectively reach and enrich the digital knowledge of thousands of online users, mostly women, through our Productive Paths project.
Location:
Flexible, with cooperation from teams in Delhi and Dharamshala, HP. Travel: 20-25% field sites, 10% to main offices.
Duration:
Minimum 12 months. Immediate hiring.
Responsibilities / Scope of Work:
Design, develop, and deliver digital literacy and online skills training (online and classroom).
Use videos, texts, interactive tools, and live online training with assessments.
Implement live training programs to support online modules.
Handle planning, reports, evaluations, and assist with overall project reporting.
Coordinate closely with Project Leader for effective implementation.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
Fluent in English and Hindi (reading, writing, speaking).
Experience in designing online/live training activities.
Good knowledge of online and PC tools (Microsoft Office, browsers, social media, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree or training certification preferred.
Experience with low-literacy adult learners preferred.
Cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity.
Flexible to work weekends/evenings if needed.
Experience in rural areas a plus.
Willingness to travel and field work.
Familiarity with AirJaldi’s work and website.
Preference for female applicants.

Job Vacancy: System & Network Administrator
Role & Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
Configuring Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, Access Points, and monitoring servers.
Maximize network performance, troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, upgrades, and ensure security.
Interface with ISPs and carriers for new circuit setup or troubleshooting.
Monitor system performance and reliability.
Plan system capacity and resource utilization.
Provide Level-2/3 support for network/system issues.
Select and implement security tools and procedures.
Improve existing networks or implement new solutions.
Maintain tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Develop and maintain network documentation.
Handle compliance and respond to security breaches.
Competencies:
Hands-on network engineering experience.
Understanding of networking protocols (IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
Knowledge of TCP/IP or OSI model.
Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Experience in Ubuntu server and open-source monitoring tools.
Familiarity with PPPoE servers/clients and queues.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
• CCNA or equivalent certification
Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
